
All documents from the previous application expire when the application expires. In the NCBE application, be sure to list previous dates you applied in Tennessee under “Prior Applications” and answer completely the related question in the Tennessee application, as well.

You may pay your Tennessee application fee online by credit card after you have finalized and submitted your Tennessee application there is a separate fee for the NCBE application. You must finalize your NCBE application before you begin your Tennessee application.

To be eligible to sit for the examination in Tennessee, you must provide two applications – the NCBE Character and Fitness Application (the “NCBE application”) found at and the Tennessee application for the current administration of the Uniform Bar Examination in Tennessee, found at (the “Tennessee application”).
